Once a venue is chosen we continue the quote by adding additional services which you request such as gala dinners, decor, sound equipment, day tours for spouses, team building activities, etc.

Our services are offered at no extra cost to the client, because, as accredited conference organisers, we are paid a marketing fee by all of the venues with whom we partner.
